Shipping & Returns
At Diviora, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why customer satisfaction is deeply important to us.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, candles, roll-ons, and all accompanying packaging must be returned in their original condition - unused, unopened, unlit, and free from scratches, damage, or removed labels.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance and body products, gently used roll-ons cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
